American Labor Alliance is a 501(c)(5) tax-exempt, national labor organization that represents its members in terms of hours, wages, working conditions and that administers a wide variety of employee welfare benefit plans and business services to its 30,000-strong members since 2006 through a bona fide collective bargaining agreement with their employers. Structured as a legally compliant ECE (Entity Claiming Exception) as per section 3(40)(A)(i) of ERISA., our annual membership dues are only $25 for an individual employee or $99 for a business [business members have no voting rights]. American Labor Alliance DOES NOT sell insurance products but rather we promote, to our Union members who we represent, not only the right to work, free flow of capital and labor, but also ERISA-based employee welfare benefits and business services at prices below private insurers. We are a "Sanctuary Union" labor organization that embraces anyone, documented or undocumented, who works in the US and has no criminal background.

These benefits are strictly regulated by the federal government’s Department of Labor (DOL) under the confines of its Employee Retirement Security Act (ERISA) regulations. Our benefit plans ultimately assist employees and their families, and are covered by ERISA’s provisions. American Labor Alliance derives its authority to offer such benefits and services from federal ERISA law. In order to comply with such standards for participation, vesting, benefit accrual and funding, American Labor Alliance conducts itself under strict financial and regulatory strictures. We are covered under our Errors and Omissions and liability insurance, as well as its backing of existing and growing assets: funds, investments, real estate holdings, businesses, and affiliated relationships.

Regarding benefits, our Members may purchase under one multiemployer group within the ECE regulated confines described above, such benefits and business services as: Workers' Compensation benefits (CompOneUSA), Health Care benefits (Avanto), Retirement Plans and others. What all this means to you is an opportunity to carry the legal and necessary benefit coverage you must have, with benefits that are more robust and encompassing than the necessary benefit coverage, but at prices below the standard industry market price.
